Council was in favor of lowering the speed limit <br />to 25 MPH where applicable. Council also asked HR Green to provide a proposal to continue the <br />transition and see it through to completion. <br /> <br />HR Green has provided the requested proposal in Attachment A and an outline of the fees are <br />included in Attachment B. <br /> <br />City staff is requesting Council decide on whether to approve the proposal from HR Green to <br />continue to administer the City-wide speed limit transition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
