Motion to Approve Payment No. 5 —C&L Excavating, Inc. —2021 PMP Street and <br /> Utility Improvements Project <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. A roll can vote was <br /> taken. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 4. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> 5. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Scott congratulated the newly appointed Accounting Clerk Katlyn Adair. <br /> Councilmember Scott stated that Thursday is Veterans Day and he thanked all those that have <br /> served. <br /> Councilmember Scott commented that he served as an election judge and while this year was a <br /> school board election only, nearly 500 voters turned out to vote, which he found to be very <br /> impressive. He thanked the community for supporting their schools. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to adjourn. A roll call vote was taken.
