HR Green staff <br />has already visited the project site and have completed past CDBG projects and the Project <br />Manager serves on RCWD’s Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />City Staff is working with HR Green to complete the project scope which includes design, Public <br />Engagement, Council meetings, Open-House, CDBG administration items, RCWD grant <br />application and administration, design for both parks, bidding assistance, and construction <br />observation. At this time there is not an official proposal with cost, but it is expected to be near <br />$80,000. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />The project funding is provided below: <br /> <br />FUNDING <br />City PIR Fund (Arden Manor)60,000 <br />City PIR Fund (Floral)426,000 <br />CDBG Grant 189,700 <br />675,700 <br />RCWD Grant 50/50 match Unsure yet if this work would be in addition to the previously anticipated work or if these grant funds would go <br />toward originally anticipated costs. <br /> <br />The 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan has $60,000 programmed for the replacement of the <br />existing playground equipment at Arden Manor Park and $426,000 for the reconstruction of <br />Floral Park hardcourt.
