REPORTS <br /> <br />Council Liaison Grant reported that the development of an office warehouse located in the <br />northeast quadrant of 694 and 35W had a development agreement approved by the City and it <br />appears they will build. It will be approximately 350,000 square feet. The two senior housing <br />projects are on track to be built, but lumber prices are causing some concern. The Brausen gas <br />station development is moving quickly. There will be a Public Hearing at the upcoming Council <br />meeting on the trail section on Snelling to County Road E. <br /> <br />6. NEXT MEETING <br /> <br />The next PTRC Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 18, 2021 was cancelled. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
