APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was unanimously approved by the Committee. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. March 16, 2021 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />The minutes will be approved at the next meeting. <br /> <br />3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. South Snelling Trail Update <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director Swearingen said the City Council will host a Public Hearing on <br />April 26 to give residents the opportunity to share comments and concerns on the Snelling Avenue <br />improvements and trail. The latest feasibility report can be found on the City website. <br /> <br />B. Mounds View High School Trail Update <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director Swearingen reported that he would be meeting with the design <br />consultant to discuss the concept plan. Progress has been made and efforts are being coordinated <br />with Ramsey County for the segment along Old Highway 10. Ramsey County is planning to
