Overview Request <br />•October 2020 –Scannell Properties was approved a Conditional Use <br />Permit and Master Planned Unit Development for construction of a <br />250,000 square foot office and warehouse facility. <br />•CUP was approved with 35 conditions. Resolution 2020-45, <br />Condition #12 states “Site Plan approval shall be required for the <br />construction of the proof of parking area”. <br />•The Applicant has a prospective tenant that will occupy 2/3rd’s of <br />the building which necessitates the need for construction of this <br />proof of parking area. <br />2
