Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept <br />gifts and bequests for the benefits of recreational services. <br />Discussion The Arden Hills Foundation has donated $3668.00 to the City of Arden Hills for hot coal <br />receptacles, large charcoal grills and concrete pads. To comply with State Statutes, the City <br />needs to acknowledge the donation and issue receipt of the donation to the Arden Hills <br />Foundation. <br />Budget Impact N/A <br /> <br />Attachments Attachment A: Resolution 2021-065
