<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: November 22, 2021 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 25, 2021 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, and <br />Steve Scott <br /> <br /> Absent: Councilmember Dave McClung (excused) <br /> <br /> Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director Dave <br />Swearingen; Senior Planner Jessica Jagoe; Finance Director Gayle Bauman; and City <br />Attorney Joel Jamnik <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried (4-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> <br />A. Public Inquiry Response from October 11, 2021 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />City Attorney Jamnik provided a response to the comments that were made at the October 11 <br />Council meeting, a resident inquired as to what the Council’s position was on increased density <br />and affordability on the TCAAP site. <br /> <br />The Council is still bound to not discuss or disclose the substance of its negotiations and positions <br />exchanged with Ramsey County during the litigation brought by Ramsey County against the City
