APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried (4-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> A. Public Inquiry Response from October 11, 2021 City Council Meeting <br /> City Attorney Jamnik provided a response to the comments that were made at the October 11 <br /> Council meeting, a resident inquired as to what the Council's position was on increased density <br /> and affordability on the TCAAP site. <br /> The Council is still bound to not discuss or disclose the substance of its negotiations and positions <br /> exchanged with Ramsey County during the litigation brought by Ramsey County against the City <br />
