and therefore complies with the limitations set forth under Minnesota Statute, §356.24, <br />Subd. 1(10) as amended. <br />6. For purposes of determining future wage rates, the Employer shall first restore the <br />amount of the Employer Contribution, which is currently the CPF contribution rate of <br />($2.40) per hour, then apply the applicable wage multiplier, then reduce the revised wage <br />by the Central Pension Fund contribution rate. <br />7. For purposes of calculating overtime compensation, the Employer shall first restore the <br />amount of the Employer Contribution ($2.40) then apply the applicable 1.5 wage <br />multiplier required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement, then pay the resulting amount for overtime worked. <br />8. The Parties agree that the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) interprets <br />Employer contributions to the Central Pension Fund as b eing included in determining <br />“salary” for the purposes of the public pension. <br />9. The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Restated Agreement and <br />Declaration of Trust and the Plan of Benefits of the Central Pension Fund. <br />10. Effective January 1, 2022 the contribution rate equals ($2.40) per (straight time hour <br />worked/straight time hour paid/all hours compensated). <br />ARTICLE XXX — POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CARE SAVINGS PLAN <br />30.1 The City of Arden Hills Local 49ers employees are eligible to participate in the Minnesota <br />Post Employment Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statutes, <br />section 352.98 (Minn. Supp. 2001) and as outlined in the Minnesota State Retirement <br />System's Trust and Plan Documents. <br />30.2 All funds collected by the EMPLOYER (City of Arden Hills) on the behalf of the employee <br />(Public Works Local 49ers) will be deposited into the employee's Post Employment Health <br />Care Savings Plan Account through Minnesota State Retirement System. <br />30.3 All employees with 0 years to 5 years of service shall contribute 2% of pay. All <br />employees with 5 or more years of service shall contribute 4% of pay. <br />30.4 The EMPLOYER has agreed to contribute payroll deductions to the Post Employment <br />Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) with Minnesota State Retirement Systems as <br />described below: <br />A. All City of Arden Hills Public Works Local 49ers employees who are eligible for the <br />unused sick leave severance payout, outlined in Article XXVII section 27.1 of the <br />contract, will contribute to the Post Employment Health Care Savings Plan as <br />described below:
