17 <br />employment, and its good faith efforts to identify, train, and/or hire lower income <br />residents of the project area and to utilize business concerns which are located in or <br />owned in substantial part by persons residing in the area of the project. <br /> <br /> F. Labor Standards. Records shall be maintained regarding compliance of all <br />contractors performing construction work under this Agreement with the labor <br />standards made applicable by the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. Sections <br />3141-3148). <br /> <br /> G. Such other records as may be required by the AUTHORITY and/or H.U.D. <br /> <br />4. RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br /> Required records shall be retained for a period of six (6) years after termination of this <br />Agreement, except as follows: <br />(1) Records that are the subject of audit findings shall be retained for six (6) years <br />after such findings have been resolved. <br /> <br />(2) Records for nonexpendable property shall be retained for six (6) years after its <br />final disposition. <br /> <br /> <br />5. REPORTS <br /> <br /> The GRANTEE shall submit reports as required by the AUTHORITY on a monthly and <br />annual basis and also prior to project execution. <br /> <br />6. DATA PRIVACY <br /> <br /> All data collected, created, received, maintained or disseminated for any purpose in the <br />course of the GRANTEE’s performance of this Agreement is governed by the Minnesota <br />Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat.
