'i'It <br />-fi DI�EN HILLS <br />Approved: January 10, 2022 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 20, 2021 <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special City <br />Council meeting at 7:24 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden (attending via <br />Zoom), Fran Holmes, and Steve Scott <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen, City Planner Jessica Jagoe, Deputy City Clerk Jolene Trauba <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Scott seconded a motion <br />to approve the meeting agenda. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried <br />(4-0). <br />2. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Resolution 2021-077 Approving MOU Between State of Minnesota and Local <br />Governments and Authorizing Participation in National Opioids Settlements <br />B. Resolution 2021-078 Regarding Support of Job Creation Fund Application with <br />Project 1492 <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. A roll call vote was taken. The motion <br />carried (4-0). <br />4. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />None. <br />
