ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION — DECEMBER 20, 2021 7 <br />Councilmember Scott felt they may want to consider holding Committee and Commission <br />meetings virtually. <br />Mayor Grant thought they would need to decide on Council meetings also. Ramsey County is <br />having all meetings virtually. He asked if they would like to wait until after the new year to <br />decide. <br />Councilmember Holden felt they should go back to Zoom meetings. <br />Councilmember Holmes wondered what staff thought. <br />City Administrator Perrault said he has not polled staff recently, it is his opinion that they are <br />generally comfortable with current operations. However, he will gauge staff s opinion over the <br />next week or so. <br />Councilmember Holden was also concerned about Public Works staff. <br />Councilmember Scott said he'd like Council to consider going back to virtual meetings, <br />including Committees and Commissions and get a recommendation from the City Administrator <br />as to how that would impact staff. <br />Mayor Grant said he would work with the City Administrator to make a plan. <br />Mayor Grant said he received a letter from Ramsey County in response to the State Fair/Sheriff <br />memo that was put out by the group of contract cities.
