Ms. Collins reported the goal of mediation was to get the City and County closer to an MDA <br /> with the developer. <br /> Commissioner Huffman deferred this question to the developer. <br /> Bob Lux, Alatus, commented the agreement between the County and Alatus stopped during the <br /> hiatus.
