,.!It <br /> -AIkEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2022-016 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE CITY HALL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the City Hall Parking Lot Improvements <br /> Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids were <br /> received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $233,650.00 <br /> Goodmanson Construction $241,071.70 <br /> TA Schifsky $244,000.56 <br /> G Urban Companies $245,076.60 <br /> North Valley $248,497.13 <br /> Astech Corp. $165,893.03 <br /> Urban Companies $171,058.50 <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br /> with Bituminous Roadways, Inc. Mendota Heights, Minnesota in the name of the City of Arden <br /> Hills for the City Hall Parking Lot Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications <br /> therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
