ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL – MARCH 21, 2022 2 <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. A roll call vote was <br />taken. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />D. Motion to Approve Resolution 2022-015 Recommending the City of Coon Rapids <br />Award the 2022 Street Maintenance Program <br /> <br />The City Council discussed the 2022 Street Maintenance Program and directed Staff to leave the <br />Chatham Neighborhood included as part of the project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested to amend the resolution to add number 3: Authorize Finance <br />Director to make any necessary budget adjustments. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the amendment. A roll call vote was taken. The motion <br />carried (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve Resolution 2022-015 Recommending the City of Coon <br />Rapids Award the 2022 Street Maintenance Program as amended. Resolution 2022-013 Declaring Costs to be Assessed, Order the Preparation of <br />Proposed Assessments and Calling for a Public Hearing – Arden Oaks Street <br />Improvements Project <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes thanked staff for clarifying the bond and for gathering additional <br />comments from other cities. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />approve Resolution 2022-013 Declaring Costs to be Assessed, Order the <br />Preparation of Proposed Assessments and Calling for a Public Hearing – <br />Arden Oaks Street Improvements Project.
