Public Works Director / City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• Updated Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Management Plan. <br /> <br />All items need a simple majority for action unless otherwise noted. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />Refer to Attachment A, Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan, for the background and history of <br />EAB. On August 16, 2021 at the Council Work Session, staff brought this topic up for discussion <br />to review the City’s current adopted Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan (2012) and receive <br />feedback from Council if revisions to the plan were desired to better correlate with actions the <br />City is taking on ash trees. At the March 21, 2022 Work Session, Council discussed the revisions <br />to the EAB Management Plan.
