The lowest bid was <br />received by Astech Corporation. A complete Tabulation of Bids is enclosed for your information. <br />Bid Analysis <br />The low bid from Astech Corporation is just under 3% of the most current engineer’s estimate. <br />Recommendation <br />The lowest responsible bidder, Astech Corporation, operates out of St. Joseph, Minnesota. They <br />have been in business since 1986. TKDA has worked with Astech on several projects in the Twin <br />Cities over the last few years, and they have done a fine job on those projects. <br />1. Receive all bids submitted. <br />2.
