Schifsky & Sons $522,711.60 <br />Park Construction $526,500.62 <br />Valley Paving $537,970.10 <br />Bituminous Roadways $547,442.92 <br />NW Asphalt $559,392.91 <br />MN Paving & Materials $578,652.75 <br />North Valley, Inc. $614,885.02 <br /> Meyer Contracting, Inc. $679,762.75 <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ASTECH Corporation of St. Joseph, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached <br />contract with ASTECH Corporation of St. Joseph, Minnesota in the name of the City of <br />Arden Hills for the Arden Oaks Street Improvement Project according to the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
