To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />221203v1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING STORM WATER DRAINAGE <br />AND PONDING AREA EASEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 412.851, the Arden Hills City Council has <br />conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted notice and mailed notice to <br />the abutting property owners, to consider the vacation of a storm water drainage and ponding area <br />easement located in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally described on Exhibit “A” <br />attached hereto and depicted on Exhibit “B” attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed vacation, the <br />Council has determined that the storm water drainage and ponding area easement are not needed <br />for public purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills: <br /> <br /> 1. The storm water drainage and ponding area easement legally described on the <br />attached Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” is hereby vacated. <br /> <br />2.
