Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept <br />gifts and bequests for the benefits of recreational services. <br />Discussion The Arden Hills Foundation has donated $1067.60 to the City of Arden Hills for a new park <br />bench to be placed in Floral Park. This donation was given to the Arden Hills Foundation by <br />Julie Gerlitz and her family. To comply with State Statutes, the City needs to acknowledge the <br />donation and issue receipt of the donation to the Arden Hills Foundation. <br />Budget Impact N/A <br /> <br />Attachments Attachment A: Resolution 2022-021
