The Site Plan Review includes an <br />area identified as proof of parking to stripe additional spaces in the future if and when the <br />need arises. <br /> <br />Approval of a Site Plan Review requires an affirmative vote of three councilmembers. <br />Summary <br />The proposed Site Plan would immediately create 36 new parking spaces, with the option to <br />stripe an additional 20 parking spaces pending demand. The site currently has 108 parking <br />spaces, where zoning would require a total of 148 parking spaces. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />1. Overview of Request <br />At their March 21, 2022 meeting the City Council reviewed a concept plan for a company called <br />Saltbox. Saltbox offers flexible warehouse and office suites that are leased by individual <br />businesses, usually startup/small digital commerce companies.
