CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-004 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br /> ZONING CODE, SECTION 1320 AND SECTION 1325 <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 27, 2022, Ordinance No. 2022-004 was <br /> adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br /> 2022-004, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends <br /> the B-2 General Business District, B-3 Service Business District, B-4 Retail Center District, and <br /> Additional Minimum Requirements for Drive-In Business, Drive-up Windows, Fast Food <br /> Restaurants and Automobile Service Stations to remove the current restriction that restaurants of <br /> fast food establishments with drive-up windows can't be located within 1,320 feet of another <br /> establishment with a drive-up window, and allows the City Council to add conditions for approval <br /> of uses with drive-up windows and drive lanes. <br /> A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br /> City's regular office hours or on the City's website. <br /> APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> this 27t'day of June, 2022. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> I <br /> By Aj2 <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Julie �anson, City Clerk <br /> I <br /> Published in the Pioneer Press on June 29, 2022. <br /> I <br /> 22191ov2 <br />
