Stations were called back <br />to assist the Shift Crews 52 times throughout the year which is roughly 1.3% of the calls. <br /> <br /> <br />CALL BREAKDOWN BY SHIFTS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CALL OVERLAP <br /> <br />It is very common to have more than one incident occurring at a time, the charts below show the number of <br />times each month we had two, three or four calls overlapping.
