CALL <br /> I <br /> Present were Lynette Kreidler, Megan Ricke, Rich Straummann, Dorothy McClung, Mary <br /> Robinson, Jim Johnson, Cindy Walsh-Parks and Recreation Director, Tracy Peterson-Program <br /> Supervisor and Susan Keim-Council Liaison. <br /> Absent were Don Messerly, Lou Speggen and Anita Larson. <br /> APPR0VF. I`II1 TFS <br /> Minutes from April 2S_ I99S, were corrected and approved by Megan Ricke and seconded by <br /> Rich Straummann. The minutes we:e passed unanimously. <br /> C'OUNC II REPORT <br /> Arden Hills City offices were moved. Otherwise, there has been little new activity to report. <br /> PARK FUND BUD .FT <br /> Cindy Walsh handed out the Park Fund Capital Improvement Plan with estimates for each item <br /> listed in the "A" and "B"Priority Groups. The County Road F Trail is estimated at Sl 14,667 <br /> and with the D\rR Cyn :. :could be 564,667. The County Road E bridge is going to be discussed <br /> by Cindy Walsh with Sate officia s in an attempt to get a cane walkway included. The U.S. Fish <br /> and Wildlife Service have Cindy Walsh permission to constrict part of Round Lake Trail. <br /> Additional easement ma, '�e need to complete the trail north to Highway 96. The Increrson <br /> Park soccer field estu=c does not , elude the cost of adding parking spaces. Right now, this <br /> project is on hold "':ile -;L 5 e NtiIi—ar iPe school district does on district needs. N-lary Robinson <br /> added that if a soccer field is not dz•veloped at that park, some alternative plan should be <br /> considered. The Arden 1t-Ianor Parr: estimate does not include drainage correction costs. The <br /> City is exploring the cost of correct;,,,-- measures. It may attempt to use the estimate and plans to <br /> get the owner to make ;he necessary changes, or if not excessive, the City may undertake the <br /> corrective measures when redoing the hard court area. The Hazelnut Shelter needs immediate <br /> attention. The "B"Projects were also discussed. <br />
