MINUTES <br /> • CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1998 <br /> 6:30 - 7:00 P.M. (RESIDENT MEETING UNTIL 8:30 P.M.) <br /> ARMY RESERVE CENTER <br /> CAL T TO ORDER <br /> Chair Kreidler called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> ROLLCALL <br /> Present were Anita Larson, Mary Robinson, Lynette Kreidler, Don Messerly, Jim Johnson, <br /> Council Liaison; Susan Kelm, Tracy Petersen; Program Supervisor, Cindy Walsh; Parks and <br /> Recreation Director. <br /> Absent were Lou Speggen, Megan Ricke, and Dorothy McClung. <br /> APPROyEMINLITES <br /> There was a change to the January 27, minutes under <br /> Roll <br /> Call, <br /> with the above correction by Don <br /> Kreidlerwas present. Minutes from January 27 1998, were approved <br /> Messerly and seconded by Mary Robinson. The minutes were passed unanimously. <br /> COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Councilmember Keim stated the following: <br /> 1. The City continues to work on the lease agreement with the National Guard for the City <br /> Hall. <br /> 2. The City and Staff continue to work on the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> r 1998 Street Improvement projects will be coming up this <br /> 3. Assessment Hearing fo <br /> spring. <br /> �`nn�DAFHENSIVF PLAN <br /> Ms. Walsh asked the Commission members to review the <br /> t Comprehensive <br /> if anything is missing al It was noted en <br /> them in their packets. She asked that they look through <br /> at the March meeting to continue the Comprehensive <br /> discussion. There will also be a meet <br /> that Kathy O'Connell will be presenting on Wednesday, March 18, at 7:00 at the Army Reserve <br /> Center, with all Committees and the City Council to discuss the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> • - 1 <br />
