My friends and I are <br /> trying to see if it would be at all possible to have a skate park built <br /> at Floral Park in Arden Hills, MN. <br /> Floral has more than enough space to build a skate park. All we <br /> would require is a 30' by 40 foot of paved ground with a 1 foot <br /> high curb around it.
