Highway 96
Arden Hill%j MN 5511ki?
Dear Mr. duckloy,
I was sent a copy of the February 26, 1991 meeting of the Parks
and Recreation Commission where the Ingerson Park improvemen0i
were discussed. One of the agenda items was a west access to the
park.
I own the lot which goes from the cul-de-sac on rernwood Court to
the southwest corner of the park. 1 had a "for sale" sign on the
• lot for %everal years which I took down last summer when I
thought the lot was sold. Since that sale did not go through, I
am still interested in swiling the lot- Before I list the lot
with a realbor, I am inquiring if the viliage and/or the adjacent
property owners are interest in acquiring the lot.
I understand the adjacent property owners would prefer the lot,
not be developed. If the lot were split (and a part sold to each
adjacent owner) such that it would not bw buildOU10, and theta,,
city acquired title or an easement for the west access it wouid
appear everyone' s objectives would be satistled. The adjacent
property owners could continue to enjoy the open space, the
village would have the desired west access to Ingerson park and I
would sell the lot.
To allow you to deturmino what interest there is in thi% idea, I
will not list the lot with a realhor. until June 1 , 1991- Please,
contact me with any questions.
Y"'
J oz, er ph T.
