• <br /> § 22-9 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> both appraisals, shall determine the "undeveloped <br /> land value" hereunder. <br /> (6) Restriction on use of cash contributions. All cash <br /> contributions received by the city pursuant to <br /> subparagraph (4) of this section shall be placed in a <br /> special fund and used only for the acquisition of land <br /> for parks, playgrounds, public open space, and storm <br /> water holding areas or ponds, development of existing <br /> park and playground sites, public open space, and <br /> storm water holding areas or ponds, and debt <br /> retirement in connection with land previously acquired <br /> for such public purposes. <br /> (7) Proposed park, playground, open space or storm water <br /> holding areas or ponds shown in comprehensive plan <br /> or parks plan. Where a proposed park, playground, <br /> public open space or storm water holding area or pond <br /> is located in whole or in part within a proposed <br /> subdivision or development, such area shall be <br /> designated as such upon the preliminary plat or site <br /> plan and may be required to be included in the <br /> • dedicated land of the subdivision or development <br /> required by subparagraphs (1) and (2) of this section. <br /> (Ord. Required improvements. <br /> (a) No final plat shall be approved by the city council <br /> unless the owner or subdivider: <br /> (1) Shall have placed and installed survey monuments at <br /> all block corners, angle points, points of curves in <br /> streets and at intermediate points as shown on the <br /> final plat required by the city engineer; such <br /> monuments shall be cast iron; as approved by the <br /> county surveyor, and shall be set at each corner or <br /> angle on the outside boundary. Pipes or steel rods <br /> shall be placed at the corners of each lot and at each <br /> intersection of street centerlines.
