included within the authorized purposes of the Corporation: • (01) To maintain a foundation to stimulate public support, understanding and use of the White Bear Community Services and recreation system; (02) To encourage, receive and expend donations, endowments and bequests for the betterment, expansion and support of the White Bear Community Services and recreation system; (03) To support and cooperate with the White Bear area school board, park boards, human services committees and advisory councils in developing community and recreation services and facilities for the community. 2.3) This nonprofit corporation shall have the power to do such things now or hereafter permitted or authorized by the laws of the State of Minnesota which are now or may hereafter be within the purposes of an organization exempt under .Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as now enforced, or as it may hereafter be amended or supplemented. ARTICLE 3. LOCATION 3.1) Location - The location of the registered office of this Corporation in this state is 2399 Cedar .Avenue, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110. • ARTICLE 4. DURATION 4.1) Duration - The duration of this Corporation shall be perpetual. ARTICLE 5. DIRECTORS 5.1) Directors - The government of this Corporation shall be vested in a Board of Directors.
