MINUTES CiF THE ARDFN EaLIS PARKS & PJXME=CN CCb0E1ITEE <br /> TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1992, 7:30 P.M., CITY HAIL <br /> CALL TO CRDER: <br /> The regular meeting of the Arden Hills Parks and Recreation Conmtission was called <br /> to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chair David Sand. <br /> ROLL CALL: <br /> Present: Chair Sand, Lynette Kreidler, Mark Labine, Mark Literski, Don Messerly, <br /> and Megan Ricke. Absent: Mark Magers, Mary Gillies, Alan Montrgcoiery, Bill Guelker, <br /> and Dave Moberg. <br /> Also Present: Council Liaison, Dale Hicks; Cynthia Severtson, Program Supervisor; <br /> and John Buckley, Park Director. <br /> APPROVAL CF MINUTES: <br /> Ricke moved/seconded by Labine that the October 27, 1992, Minutes be approved as <br /> mailed. Motion carried. <br /> C10UN= REPCR2T <br /> Councilman Hicks Reported: <br /> Discuss the options the Council are considering for building a new City <br /> Hall/Public Works building. <br /> Council is still seeking the arsenal property between Hamline & <br /> Lexington. <br /> • - Possible reasons for bond referendum failure. <br /> * too much money <br /> * didn't separate the two facilities enough <br /> * site was not determined <br /> Committee felt Council should continue marketing the project for a possible spring <br /> referendum. <br /> PROGRAM REPCRT. <br /> 1.
