Absent: Mark Magers, Mary Gillies, Alan Montgomery, Bill Guelker, <br /> and Dave Moberg. <br /> Aiso Present: Council Liaison, Dale Hicks; Cynthia Severtson, Program Supervisor; <br /> and John Buckley, Park Director. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Ricke moved/seconded by Labine that the October 27, 1992, Minutes be approved as <br /> mailed.
