ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – JULY 11, 2022 3 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the June 20, 2022, City Council Worksession meeting <br />minutes as presented. Motion to Approve Payment No. 1 – Bituminous Roadways, Inc. – City Hall <br />Parking Lot Project <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Radziej stated he attended the Lake Johanna Boulevard Trail open house’s <br />walking/bicycle path display. He reported the path would be installed on the northwest side of the <br />lake and would take five years to complete. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott thanked the community for turning out at the Lake Johanna Boulevard <br />trail meeting. He appreciated the fact that the Council and many members from the community <br />were in attendance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott stated the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon would be hosting a family night on <br />Wednesday, July 13 at the Hamline Readiness Center where remote control cars would be brought <br />in for children to use.
