ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – JULY 11, 2022 3 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the June 20, 2022, City Council Worksession meeting <br />minutes as presented. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2022-038 Regarding Application for Trident <br />Development for Comprehensive Plan Amendments at 1700 West Highway 96 – <br />Planning Case 22-009 <br />C. Motion to Approve Payment No. 1 – Bituminous Roadways, Inc. – City Hall <br />Parking Lot Project <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziej seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Radziej stated he attended the Lake Johanna Boulevard Trail open house’s <br />walking/bicycle path display. He reported the path would be installed on the northwest side of the <br />lake and would take five years to complete. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott thanked the community for turning out at the Lake Johanna Boulevard <br />trail meeting. He appreciated the fact that the Council and many members from the community <br />were in attendance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott stated the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon would be hosting a family night on <br />Wednesday, July 13 at the Hamline Readiness Center where remote control cars would be brought <br />in for children to use.
