Ms. Walsh
reviewed with the residents the entire trail plan. She stated that the segment north of Arden Vista
Court would be dependent on funds, but that it would eventually tie into a Highway 96 trail on
the south side. Ms. Walsh also reviewed where Arden Hills has other paved trail segments in the
City that would connect with the proposed trails.
Funding
Cindy Walsh indicated that funding for the trails would come out of the park fund which is based
park dedication fees and contributions from charitable gambling. She indicated that there would
be no tax assessment or tax dollars used on the project.
Timeline
Bids for the proposed trail would be done in January.
