PARK FUND STATUS <br /> The council reviewed the redevelopment of Perry Park confirming the commitment to <br /> spend up to $200,000. Also reviewed was the background history of committees and the <br /> funds, and how the Park Fund money was spent in past years. <br /> PARK DEDICATION <br /> a. Cottage Villas $19,600 <br /> b. Ukrainian Orthodox Church $7,290 <br /> C. John McClung - land for trail connection. <br /> d. Group Health etc...$5,150.00. <br /> C. Future dedications Townhouses on County Rd. E2. <br /> CHARLES PERRY PARK REDEVELOPMENT <br /> Review of Perry Park proposal and the background around the project. The committee <br /> discussed the proposal and potential contacts to add to list. The committee will divide up <br /> • the list of contacts at the February meeting. <br /> TRAIL DISCUSSION <br /> It was requested to have a copy of regional trail plans and an update on the City of Arden <br /> Hills trails. The next priority trail is the segment from City Hall south through John <br /> Millongs 4th Addition. <br /> Lynette Kreidler suggested putting directional signs on the unpaved trails for people who <br /> get lost at Crepeau Park. These signs would be similar to the ones posted on the paved <br /> trail areas throughout the city. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> a. Gardens <br /> There was discussion on gardens and the concepts. The committee will discuss and <br /> recommend which garden to update in 1995 at the February meeting. <br /> b. Valentine Park <br /> The improvements at Valentine Park have been completed. The warming shelter is in use. <br /> • <br />
