• 8. There is very little difference in attitudes among different <br /> geographic areas of the city. <br /> Recommendations based on the survey results - <br /> 1. The Arden Hills trail plan identifies needed trail <br /> connections, pedestrianibike bridges and new trail <br /> opportunities. <br /> 2. Loop trails are proposed in many existing parks. . <br /> 3. Park renovation and revitalization recommendations for <br /> existing parks are summarized starting on page_and shown <br /> on maps in Appendix C. <br /> 4. Significant open space and trails are planned for the TCAP <br /> area. <br /> 5. Partnerships to acquire land/easements and construct <br /> recreation improvements are a key to long-term success. . <br /> 6. Existing natural areas such as Crepeau Nature Center <br /> should be enhanced. <br /> 7. Given the proximity to existing recreation centers and the <br /> population base, the costs of an indoor recreation facility <br /> are likely to outweigh the benefits. <br /> 8.
