In particular, it may <br /> be possible to improve upon the relationship between MSI <br /> Insurance and Crepeau Park to share parking and signage and <br /> to expand the facilities for both. Similar opportunities may <br /> exist with other large corporations such as ( company). <br /> Similarly, partnerships with Bethel and Northwestern College <br /> should be made or improved to provide community use of <br /> trails and athletic facilities. <br /> Other partnerships include working with the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District, Ramsey County and the U.S. Army to <br /> complete missing sections of the Rice Creek Park and Trails <br /> and to hasten the release of TCAAP land.
