Control Data Systems, Inc. ( "Permittee" ) or its predecessors, 4201 Lexington Avenue North, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55126, formerly owned the following described property situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: The East 1 2 of the So utheast 1 4 of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, except the South 693 feet thereof; all subject to publicly dedicated rights-of-way ( "Original Tract" ) . 2. Prior to 1996, Permittee or its predecessors, through various transactions, divided the Original Tract into the following parcels: A.
