GENERAL INFORMATION (continued) <br /> P>EERMINE PERMIT <br /> A Special permit(no additional charge) is required if your group will have wine and/or <br /> beer in kegs or more than one case. Keg beer and wine must be Served in paper or <br /> plastic cups and case beer must be in cans. Hard alcohol is prohibited in all Ramsey <br /> County parks. NO GLA55WARE ALLOWED! Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at <br /> the following park locations: Johanna,Josephine, McCarrons and White Bear county <br /> parks. (NOTE: A Special permit for consumption of beer and/or wine at Johanna will <br /> be iooued with a pavilion or Shelter rental; however, it iS prohibited in all other areas <br /> of the park.) Beer and/or wine permits are issued only with a Shelter or pavilion <br /> reservation. <br /> CHANGES/KEFUND5/CANCELLAT10N5 <br /> Pavilions/51nelters: No refundo are given due to weather conditions or cancellations. <br /> If you wish to change your date, park location or Shelter within a park, in advance of <br /> the event,you must return your original permit before a new permit will be issued. If <br /> the transfer requested is for an available Shelter with a higher fee,the reservation <br /> will be held for three (3)working days to allow you time to remit the additional fee <br /> and return the original permit. Transfers must be made at least 30 days prior to <br /> 1 original reservation date. No transfers to Subsequent years. No refunds will be <br /> given if transfer is to a Smaller shelter. <br /> Pavilions Only: For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the • <br /> event date,the rental fee, less a $25.00 cancellation charge, Shall be <br /> refunded. For cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the event <br /> date, 50% of the permit fee shall be refunded. For cancellations <br /> made less than 30 days prior to the event date,the full fee Shall be <br /> retained. <br /> i <br /> E <br /> PETS <br /> Pets are not allowed in picnic areas, beaches, nature interpretive areas,wildlife <br /> refuges,golf courses, park buildings or park pavilions/Shelters. It iS unlawful to <br /> tether any animal to a tree, plant, building or park equipment. <br /> TRA5H/CHARCOAL P15P05AL <br /> Trash must be disposed of in the proper receptacles. Charcoal dispensers are pro- <br /> vided at all picnic areas. Please do not dump charcoal on the ground or in regular <br /> trash receptacles. (You may bring your own gar,or charcoal grill to the park as long <br /> 1 as you properly dispose of the coals and asher,). <br />
