APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziei seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL <br /> Mayor Grant commented he was made aware that anti-Semite literature was distributed in Arden <br /> Hills and several neighboring communities. He reported these actions were hateful and <br /> condemned by the City of Arden Hills. He explained such literature will not be tolerated by the <br /> City. He explained the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department was aware of this situation and <br /> would be investigating the matter further. <br /> Chris Hughes, 3515 Snelling Avenue North, discussed the need for affordable housing within <br /> TCAAP. He commented on the agreement that was previously considered and approved by the <br /> Council with Alatus. He stated he was pleased that this agreement included more affordable <br /> housing. He understood Ramsey County did not support the agreement between Alatus and the <br /> City because they would like to see more housing units and even more affordability. He reported <br /> the rejection was not unexpected. He stated when fully developed over 4,000 jobs will be created <br />
