UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Noise. <br /> 11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Radziej stated he attended the Lake Johanna Boulevard Trail open house's <br /> walking/bicycle path display. He reported the path would be installed on the northwest side of the <br /> lake and would take five years to complete. <br /> Councilmember Scott thanked the community for turning out at the Lake Johanna Boulevard <br /> trail meeting. He appreciated the fact that the Council and many members from the community <br /> were in attendance. <br /> Councilmember Scott stated the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon would be hosting a family night on <br /> Wednesday, July 13 at the Hamline Readiness Center where remote control cars would be brought <br /> in for children to use. <br />
