ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JULY 11, 2022 3 <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziei seconded a <br /> motion to approve the June 20, 2022, City Council Worksession meeting <br /> minutes as presented. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2022-038 Regarding Application for Trident <br /> Development for Comprehensive Plan Amendments at 1700 West Highway 96 — <br /> Planning Case 22-009 <br /> C. Motion to Approve Payment No. 1 — Bituminous Roadways, Inc. — City Hall <br /> Parking Lot Project <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziei seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> ff±Z <br /> 7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None. <br /> 9. NEW BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Noise. <br /> 11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Radziej stated he attended the Lake Johanna Boulevard Trail open house's <br /> walking/bicycle path display. He reported the path would be installed on the northwest side of the <br /> lake and would take five years to complete. <br /> Councilmember Scott thanked the community for turning out at the Lake Johanna Boulevard <br /> trail meeting. He appreciated the fact that the Council and many members from the community <br /> were in attendance. <br /> Councilmember Scott stated the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon would be hosting a family night on <br /> Wednesday, July 13 at the Hamline Readiness Center where remote control cars would be brought <br /> in for children to use. <br />
