Approximately 500 people will participate in this 50 mile walk put on by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota Chapter to help end the devastating effects of MS. We would like to hold a pit stop on the corner of County Road E and Old Highway 10 on Saturday, September 29 from 11:45 AM-5:45 PM. A pit stop } includes two portable bathrooms and a water station. We would also like to use Lake Valentine Park for a rest stop. This will include four portable bathrooms and water, food and first aid stations. All of the above supplies and volunteers will be provided by the MS Society. Our walkers will be fairly spread out at these points in the day, and therefore will arrive at the site at different points throughout the afternoon. The MS Society is a non-profit organization and would appreciate a waive of the park rental fee. Thank you for your time and consideration.
