PERSONAL EVALUATION <br /> It was my pleasure to return this summer as program coordinator. Because <br /> iof my experience last summer I felt much more in control right from the start. <br /> This summer seemed more of a challenge to me personally because John Buckley <br /> put the entire program in my hands and I knew exactly what I wanted to <br /> accomplish in comparison to last summer. <br /> I feel I was very conscientious in my work' and this helped the whole <br /> program's organization. I worked well with the staff and they respected my <br /> leadership. Adventure trips came off smoothly due to good preparation and the fine <br /> cooperation of the leaders. <br /> I must conclude by saying how much I appreciate John Buckley. He is such <br /> a kind man with a wonderful sense of humor, truly an asset to AH Parks. John <br /> gave me freedom within my job and thoughtfully gave me advice when I needed it. <br /> I would welcome the opportunity to work for him again. <br /> • <br />
