Messerly , that the <br /> Motion was made by D . <br /> minutes of August 14 , 1984 be approved . The motion carried <br /> unanimously . <br /> • Addition to Agenda <br /> Sand added the concerns of the Arden Oaks residents to the agenda . <br /> Concerns of the Arden Oaks Residents <br /> our residents from Arden Oaks neighborhood expressed the following <br /> concerns : <br /> 1 . The removal of the excess dirt on the proposed park site - <br /> is way behind schedule . <br /> 2 . The residents were interested in the development <br /> schedule for the park . <br /> 3 . Complaints were made regarding the problem created by <br /> the clay washing down on their sod when it rains <br /> 4 . They are anxious about the trucks going in and out of <br /> the neighborhood . <br /> E . The large pile of dirt can be dangerous for children . <br /> The Committee suggested that the residents should go to the Council <br /> and express their grievance .
