We just finished our seventh season in your program and <br /> I thought you would be interested in my reactions . <br /> 1 . Of our 275 employees , 17% participate directly in the <br /> men' s and women' s programs . <br /> 2 . Turnover of team members is virtually non-existent . <br /> 3 . Sick days of team members are almost dangerously non- <br /> existent . I ' ve had players who wouldn' t stay home <br /> according to doctor ' s orders because they wanted to <br /> play that week. <br /> 4 . The fan support for our team is enormous and is a <br /> source of spirit and team play for our company. <br /> S . It ' s fun and it ' s healthy. <br /> Our ICERS (our pride and joys) are 20 players of widely different <br /> athletic ability, yet their own rules require that everyone bats <br /> and plays . I think they even play better as the stronger players <br /> tend to support their less skillful teammates . Victory is just <br /> that much sweeter when they have all pulled together. <br /> John, this year we finally won our first championship. I hope it <br /> doesn' t take seven years to do it again. But , if it does , the <br /> ICERS will be there as long as you' ll have us . Again, on behalf <br /> of the ICERS , the ICEMEN and I . C.
