Anderson, M. Borgene, J . Dreyling, D. Kostlshack, <br /> P. Lippert, D. Sand , T. Sather, M. Wild <br /> Absent : C. Grudnoske, D. Haiva , J . McTavish, M. Olson <br /> Also Presont : Councilman D. McAllister <br /> Parks Director J . T. Buckley <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> It was moaned by M. Bergone, seconded by P. Lippert, that the <br /> minutes of March 16 be approved as mailed . Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Council Report <br /> - Arden Oaks. Council has approved the development agreement . <br /> Engineer states there Is a vision problem wlth the hill on pro- <br /> posed park site. Parks may be asked later to decide 11 the <br /> hill can be lowered or If the road may have to be raised . <br /> No more action w M be taken until Engineer has made recommenda- <br /> tion. <br /> • - Royal Hills. Owner of property Is getting av-t appraisal ; would <br /> Ilke to base park dedication on 00% of this appraised value. <br /> Councilman McAllister pointed out that the City has the <br /> option of having a second appraisal done, at developer ' s cost, <br /> and basing park dedicaflon on this appralsal . <br /> - Cummings Park. Buckley reported that Control Data Rea ') Estate <br /> Consultant, Donald Craw✓, has been In to see him; sees no <br /> problem with use of ControC Data parking lot for park larking . <br /> Control Data attorneys are working out an ag E eoment; this may <br /> include token $ 2 . 00 lease cost, Arden Hills' agreement to pro- <br /> vlde police patrolling of lot, and Parks Maintenance ptaople to <br /> do clean up of area . This agreement should be ready for review <br /> In about two weeks. <br /> - Budget Cuts. C. McN l esh rnerno detailing budget cuts is attached <br /> to these minutes. Council adopted $5. 00 fee for all participants <br /> in Summer Playground program, and two days involuntary time off <br /> for full time employees ; other details of cv1s Included In <br /> memo. <br /> - County Road E S i dews 0 k.
