Possibly <br /> • a water fountain, or a water pump . <br /> 2 .) Purchase a new sheet of plastic for the water slide . <br /> 3 .) Plan out crafts for the whole summer during orientation , <br /> like we did this year . <br /> PERSONAL EVALUATION <br /> I_ feel very good about how the program was run this summer. The <br /> leaders and I got along very well, and they respected my leadership <br /> because of the experience I had with the program. We all became <br /> good friends , and enjoyed being together. There were no problems <br /> with roles of authority , and everone worked well with each other . <br /> Towards the middle of the program I saw a lessoning of enthusiasm <br /> by the leaders involving game activities . I decided to spend a <br /> little more time participating in playground activities to generate <br /> enthusiam and get everyone's energy pumped-up again . This was also <br />
