Blomquist, A. Anderson, J . Gebhard, S . Hughes, <br /> S . Hustings, C . Kostishack <br /> Absent: T . Glarros, C . Gr°udnoske, J . Moore, B . Schlotthauer, <br /> R. Younoszal , D . Perlick <br /> Also Present: Councilman Crichton , Parks Director J . Buckley <br /> Mr . and Mrs . Stolp <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> It was moved by S . Hughes, seconded by A . Anderson, that they <br /> minutes of June " 3, 1976 be approved as mailed . Motion carried <br /> unanimousilyo <br /> • Vandalism near Inerson Park GWArr► <br /> Mr. and Mrs . Stoop presented the problem they have been having <br /> with destruction of their garden borrder3ng ingerson Park. The <br /> Council had authorized J . Buckley to install a snow hence be- <br /> tween the park and their property . They objected to the appear- <br /> ance of the snow fence, and feyft that it was not a good solution . <br /> They would (like a chain link fence . After a lengthy discussion, <br /> It was mooed by D . Kostlshack, seconded by A , Anderson, that a <br /> snow fence be kept on the park property, and a row o`= Russian <br /> Olives be pl rated on the Stoop 's side of the fence , Motion carried <br /> unanimously . <br /> Budget Review <br /> J . Buckley presented the proposed 1979 budget . Motion was made <br /> by J . Gebhard, seconded by S . dustings, that the budges- be ap- <br /> proved for submission to the Council . The capital Improvements <br /> for 1979 were not discussed; this w1 'll be reviewed by the Committee <br /> In August. <br /> Arden Manor Report <br /> J . Buckley reviewed with the Committee the problems that have oc- <br /> curred because the ball field for this area Is so close to tF e <br /> 411 homes . Motion was made by D. Kostislack, seconded by S . Hughes, <br /> that Comm tees recommend to Council that a chain link fencer te In- <br /> stalled from the backstop 100 feet town the first base line and 100 <br /> feet down the third baso ! ne to prevent problems to the adjacent <br /> homes , Motion carried ,unanimously . <br />
