<br />   		The  meeting  was  called  To  order  at  8 : C16  p .m.   by  Chairperson  Blofiquist .

<br />   		Motion  was  made  by  J .   Moore,   seconded  by  C .   Grudnoske,   that  the
<br />   		Minutes  of  February   14,   1978,   be  approved  as  mailed .     Unanimously
<br />   		approved.
<br />   		Business   from  the  Floor
<br />   		Mr.   McClung  and  Mrs Kopischke  presented  to  the  Committee  their
<br />   		proposed  development  p �; any .    The  Committee  spent  the  remainder  of
<br />   		the  evening  discussing  the  philosophy  of  the  trail   system,   and  the
<br />   		land  needed   in  these  `Cwo  developments  for  the  trail .     Mr.   and  Mrs .
<br />   •   	Frank  Sutor  presented  a  s1-rorig  objection  to  the  trail   running  at  the
<br />   		back  of  their  lot  on   Indian  Oak's  Trail ,   and  suggested   It  run  aBong
<br />   		the  street   instead.     Committee  then  discussed  whether  the  trail   must
<br />   		be  50  feet  wide  at  ali   points ;  j .   Moire  expressed  the  feeling  that
<br />   		it  should  be  kept  this  wide,   sinca  all   plans  and   Intents  for  -the  traii
<br />   		Nava  not  been  determined ,   and  at  soma  fu+ure  ti the ,  more  activities
<br />   		migilt  be  wanted  og  the  trEiil .     Other  Committee  members  felt  that  a
<br />   		trail   this  wide  at  all   spoi-s  rn  ght  allow  for  undes ; rabla  vehicles
<br />   		and  activities .     J .  Euckley  said  that  at   least  8  feet  are  necessary
<br />   		for  maintenance  by  Parks  equipnia-at .
<br />   		It  was  moved  by  T .   GIE,ros ,   se;onded   a-;y  S .   Hustings ,  that  a  60   foot
<br />   		width  at  the  South  anc  up  through  Lot  29,   up   to  -where  28  takes  a  cit
<br />   		to  the  right,  tapering  down  to  a  trail   of  20   foot  vidth  at  -the  South
<br />   		border  between  Lots  5  and  6 ,   and  thi -S  would  end  at  the  edge  of  our
<br />   		access  to  the  cul -de-Eac,  go  20  deet  wide  across  back  of   Lot  5  to
<br />   		lot   NIne  of   4  and  5 ,   z,nd  then  go  Norlzhw,-:�st  to  a  jlrai I   of  50   foot
<br />   		width  on  the  back  of   Lot  4 ,  with  a   I--)   foot  access  -to  the  park  betwaen
<br />   		Lots  5  and  6 ,  w I th   the   I ar.6  to  be  t a iken  from  Lot  6      ?potion  carried,
