C_ ommunity Education Meeting ' <br /> • Chairperson Btomquist reported that she, T . GIaros and C . <br /> Grudnoske had attended this dinner. She felt there was great <br /> vas l ue in communication with tt,e School District to coordinate <br /> programs and plans . <br /> 8uesinq Property <br /> Clarence Rexslsen , agent for the Buesings , attended the meeting <br /> to discuss dividing the property into three different parcels <br /> for development . He proposed dedicating the State easement (75 <br /> feet wide ) along the edge for pathway , and Arden Hills buying <br /> Lot F , at the bottom of the property , for access to the pathway , <br /> for $ 12 ,000 . <br /> After considerable discussion , the Committee recommended the <br /> dedicetlon of 50 feet on the State easement , and a pathway at <br /> the top of Lot F approximately 25 feet wide . <br /> Adjournment <br /> it was moved by J . Moore, seconded by R. O'Toole , that the meet- <br /> ing be adjourned at 10 :20 p .m. <br /> Submitted by Shirley Marshall . <br /> THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE WILL BE <br /> HELD JULY 12 , 1977 , 7 :00 P.M. HAZELNUT PARK (MEET AT TRINITY <br /> LUTHERAN CHURCH PARKING LOT ) , 8:00 P.M. VILLAGE HALL. <br />
